In a Green school there are events such as:

• Using both sides of a sheet of paper when photocopying, printing and writing letters.
• Holding a review of the waste produced in the school and what happens to it e.g. land fill, recycling.
• Making use of special bins for the collection of paper for recycling.
• Encoraging pupils and staff to switch of lights when vacating rooms for a length of time etc.
  The silver award is this year's target!
